Kate, the Princess of Wales, attended the 1st Battalion Irish Guards St. Patrick's Day parade with a bright teal coat dress, heels, and hat.

In a speech, Kate expressed her pride at being the new Colonel and praised the Guards' dedication and sense of humor.
